Brain injury can often feel extremely isolating for survivors and caregivers. Support groups are a great way to connect with others, gain tools and resources, and fight the feeling of being alone!

Along with our own Maine Brain Aneurysm Support Group, Maine has 16 other brain injury support groups ready to welcome you! Groups are in-person or virtual, injury specific (like for strokes or brain tumors) or open to anyone in the Maine brain injury community, and there are even special groups for young adult survivors and brain injury caregivers. We are thankful for the Maine Chapter of the Brain Injury Association of America for publishing this list.
