Celebrating Brain Aneurysm & Stroke Survivors

The KAT-Walk & Karo-5K provides the opportunity not only to remember and honor our loved ones lost to an aneurysm but also to celebrate survival. One of the most meaningful highlights each year is to ask all the Brain Aneurysm and Stroke survivors to come forward to be recognized and take a group photo.

This year, we had 25 survivors participate – for some it was a walk in the park, for others, a major accomplishment. We hope the event gives the opportunity to be together with family, friends, and others affected by this horrible illness and to feel the love & encouragement of family and friends at the walk cheering you across the finish line.

OUR CONGRATULATIONS TO ALL OF YOU.  Thank you for being such an inspiration and allowing us to honor your recovery and achievement by crossing the finish line.
