What a wonderful Support Group meeting last night attended by 20 folks on ZOOM. THANK YOU for joining us and participating. We thank Deb G. for a fantastic presentation and providing medical proof that things “DO GET BETTER” as the brain rebuilds itself after injury.
We try to have a speaker every other or every third meeting. The other meetings are equally as helpful – everyone gets a chance to share concerns with others that have gone through similar experiences. As you saw last night, some folks are only weeks/months out from their Brain Aneurysm event and others are 10-17-35 years out.
We have folks from all over the country join us – last night we had Calif, Ohio, and Vermont represented. In the past from Orlando, Toronto, NH, Mass and we had one fellow who lives in Brunswick Maine, but works for the United Nations and he joined us several times from his post in central Africa.
