
Not all aneurysm require treatment. Small, unruptured aneurysms may be better managed by observation, especially if they are located in an area that would be difficult to get to through surgery. The most common treatment options for aneurysms include: clips, coils (endovascular embolization), stents (flow diversion), and artery occlusion and bypass.
